email - Registered Users Only Type at least the first 10 digits of your registration code at the top of the email for priority Tech Support (these digits can be found on the "About Lightning Download" window).
LOST REGISTRATION CODES:|
The first 10 digits of your registration code should be visible on the "About Lightning Download" Window. Please include this with your email if possible.
If that number isn't available (hard drive failure, virus, etc.), please include the email address you used to register, your name, and/or your order confirmation number.
